FLAVORS
While traditional flavors remain favorites for wedding cakes, today there are many more options to explore. I offer a wide range of flavors for you to choose from, allowing you to create a cake that truly reflects your tastes. For a multi-tiered cake, why not opt for a different flavor for each tier?
Each tier is made of a moist cake, complemented by several layers of filling (typically three, though taller cakes may have more).
You can choose between a light and airy Swiss meringue buttercream, high-quality chocolate ganache, or fruit confits and compotes.
All my cakes covered with fondant also include a layer of chocolate ganache (dark or white) beneath the fondant, ensuring better stability and a perfect finish.
